Job Responsibilities & Tasks:
- Achieve Regional Cost Saving Target setup by management.
- Achieve Cost Saving Target for FBAP, FBSG, FFAP setup by management.
- Initiate and lead cost saving project with internal department and stakeholder.
- Manage RFP/RFQ and negotiate with supplier to achieve requirement by the Company.
- Work with Legal to drafts, reviews, negotiates, and maintains contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services.
- Monitor, support and manage APAC regional procurement activities, including:
- Sourcing and category management
- Spend analysis and cost saving
- Develop preferred supplies locally and regionally
- Supplier Performance Management
- Contract, terms and condition negotiation
- Consolidating existing local sourcing suppliers
- Negotiate regional sourcing business scheme
- Propose any improvement plans to management
- Perform other related duties and assignment as required by adapting to competing demand, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- At least two (2) to four (4) years experiences in procurement role in the APAC region.
- Indirect Procurement experience related to facilities, travel, IT product & logistic.
- Experience with procurement agreement and contract
- Experience in tender, bidding and negotiation
- Experience in spend analysis and category management.
- Supplier Relationship management
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
