  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Scope:

This position involves supplier development and management as well as coordinating with other process owner to sustain and improve the quality of Fourte International.

Key Job Authority:

1. Authority to audit and qualify supplier as per the standards of Fourté International.

2. Authority to recommend supplier into AVL.

3. Authority to (quality) audits and inspections – internal and/or external (3rd party/customer audits)

Key Job Accountability

1. Responsible for ensuring that only good parts are shipped out from Fourté International.

2. Responsible for ensuring zero recurrence of quality issues.

3. Responsible for upkeeping of Fourté International’s QMS.

Job Functions

1. To be the lead auditor of Fourté International (and for internal audits).

2. Revise supplier audit plan / audit elements

3. Audit supplier on new supplier or yearly basis

4. Conduct audit and process validation for product ready for qualification

5. Organize or conduct (if necessary) FAI and product inspections

6. Initiate and follow up on Supplier SCAR

7. Drive suppliers for improvement activities

8. Evaluate and write-up of 8D report

9. Establish Control Plan for new product

10. Validate processes for new project

11. Validate and sustain measuring system reliability of products in Fourte’s premises

12. Participate in 3rd party or customer audits

13. Supervise Assistant Quality Engineer in Document Control and Suppliers FAI buy -off.

Education/Training/Experience:

1. Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

2. Possess at least four years’ of work experience in the field of QA.

3. Work experience in mechanical component industry (machining, plastic, etc.)

4. Hands-on experience in quality inspections.

5. Trained in ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949

6. Trained in SPC advance level

7. Trained in GR & R analysis

8. Trained in APQP

9. Certified as Internal Auditor

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

1. Able to use CMM, profile projector, tool-maker scope, and other equipment.

2. Good knowledge in statistical calculations and interpretations

3. Proficient in Quality Management System

4. Proficient in process flow chart and organization chart

5. Proficient in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing

6. Proficient in FMEA and Control Plan

7. Able to conduct calibration on linear measuring equipment

8. Intermediate computer skills

9. Inspection gage design

10. Possess a valid driving license

11. Trained in Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing

12. Trained in ISO 13485

Able to use Auto-Cad

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
