Account Executive

Job Description

  • Able to do full set account & General Ledger .
  • monitoring & review, processing payment request.
  • Collaborate with operations and credit control team for collection process.
  • To support month end reporting analysis to meet required deadline.
  • Maintain and update fixed assets register from time to time.
  • Bank reconciliation.

    OR

    • Assist in AP account monitoring & review, processing payment request.
    • Monitoring on statutory submission & due date.
    • Review & reporting in retail sales.
    • Bank reconciliation.

      Account Assistant

      • Responsible for the Account Receivable and related documents checking and verification for sales revenue.
      • Handling settlement process and ensure incoming receipts such as cash/credit card/GIRO/cheque are updated into accounting system.
      • Liase and escalation to Sales team for resolution of overdue balances.
      • Perform monthly accounting reconciliation (bank, intercompany, debtors)
      • Maintain all the accounting records and filling system in proper manner
      • Ad-hoc task assigned by superior

  • Minimum possess SPM (for Account Assistant).
  • Candidate who possess Professional Certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma will be highly preferable.
  • Fresh graduate also encourage to apply.
  • Have at least have 1-2 years experience in Accounts will be highly preferable.
  • Able to converse in Mandarin and English.
  • Required skill, MS Excel and computer literacy.
