  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and/or calls.
  • Provide professional assistance and resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Accurately document customer interactions and follow up as needed.
  • Maintain service quality and adhere to company guidelines.

  • SPM or equivalent educational qualification.
  • Must be able to read and type in Traditional Mandarin.
  • Ability to type Traditional Mandarin – Minimum 35 words per minute (WPM).
  • Strong communication skills in Mandarin or Cantonese, depending on the assigned team.
