Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Assist in HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles (a plus).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
