Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily office operations and ensure a well-organized workspace.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Assist in HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management.
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and accounting principles (a plus).

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
