FINANCE OFFICER
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Preparing payment advice, issuing cheques, and arranging telegraphic transfer of fund to inter-company and creditors.
2. Preparing pre-payment schedule.
3. In-charging of petty cash fund.
4. Performing bank reconciliation.
5. Preparing payment Voucher and issuing cheques for sundry creditors.
6. Preparing account receivable schedule for all related companies.
7. Preparing Statistics reports for submission to the Bank Negara and government bodies.
8. Key-in payment voucher and sundry creditor invoice into Accounting system.
9. Performing any other Finance related administration functions that may be assigned from time to time.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess Degree or above in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimum 2 years experience in Accounting/Finance role.
2. SPM with minimum 4 years’ experience in Accounting/Finance role.
3. Knowledgeable in computerized Accounting system.
4. Those who have experience working in a manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.
5. Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
6. Applicants must be Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
