  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support:

  • Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot system errors and resolve user-reported problems effectively.
  • Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.

2. System Maintenance:

  • Perform regular preventive maintenance.
  • Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and security.

3. Network Administration:

  • Assist in configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN, routers, CCTV and switches.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure stable network performance.
  • Collaborate with vendors for network upgrades and repairs.

4*. User Support and Training:*

  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on IT tools and software usage.
  • Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies or systems.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.

5. Asset Management:

  • Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
  • Coordinate procurement and ensure proper functioning of IT resources.

6. Compliance and Security:

  • Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
