Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Support:
- Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Troubleshoot system errors and resolve user-reported problems effectively.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
2. System Maintenance:
- Perform regular preventive maintenance.
- Monitor system performance to ensure reliability and security.
3. Network Administration:
- Assist in configuring and maintaining LAN/WAN, routers, CCTV and switches.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure stable network performance.
- Collaborate with vendors for network upgrades and repairs.
4*. User Support and Training:*
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on IT tools and software usage.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new technologies or systems.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support requests and resolutions.
5. Asset Management:
- Maintain an inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
- Coordinate procurement and ensure proper functioning of IT resources.
6. Compliance and Security:
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
