  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Undertake technical and feasibility studies, including site investigations.
  • Maintain and upkeep the buildings and grounds of the factory, hostel, and offices.
  • Maintain a defect/complaints register and ensure timely resolution.
  • Rectify defects/complaints related to civil, mechanical, or electrical systems.
  • Schedule material and equipment purchases and deliveries.
  • Assess the sustainability and environmental impact of projects.
  • Ensure projects run smoothly, within budget, and on time.
  • Plan and coordinate infrastructure and equipment maintenance schedules and activities.
  • Oversee contractors performing maintenance activities to ensure quality and adherence to schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
  • Prepare reports and ensure compliance documentation is up-to-date and accurate.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related field).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a facilities engineer or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SAP, and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong knowledge of building processes and construction principles.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
