What you will do?
As a Sales Engineer at JCI, you will be responsible for driving sales of our innovative Fire Control Security solutions to both new and existing customers. Your role will include understanding customer needs, developing tailored solutions, and effectively communicating and presenting these solutions to stakeholders. You will work closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to sales targets.
How you will do it?
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, leveraging strong technical knowledge of CFS systems.
- Conduct site visits and audits to assess customer requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals, demonstrating the value of JCI’s offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to track interactions and sales progress, maintaining accurate records and forecasts.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure the feasibility and compliance of proposed solutions.
- Develop long-term relationships with customers, providing support and addressing any concerns to foster loyalty.
- Regularly report on sales activities and performance, adjusting strategies based on market trends and customer feedback.
What we look for:
- Above 5-years working experience as sales/marketing position in direct selling for CFS solutions in construction/building market.
- Self-motivated, work based on target and under less supervision.
- Sales & distribution development (preferable CFS at construction Market & having customer base)
- Able to forecast pricing, quotation & budgeting.
- Good negotiation, communication, analytical, aggressive & relationship management skills
- Must be a proactive team player & having problem solving spirits
- Proficiency in English (written & oral)
- Computer literate (MS-Excel, MS-Word, CAD is an advantage).
- Possess a car would be an advantage.
