  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibility:

  • Operate and Monitor Security Systems : Manage various systems, including CCTV, Burglar Alarm, Panic Button, Central Monitoring System (CMS), Security Access Control, Fire Alarm Panel, Lift Intercom and Safes Digital Lock.
  • Investigate and Analyze : Conduct CCTV playback when necessary to investigate incidents. Perform random CCTV audits to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Respond to Emergencies : Act as the Dispatcher during emergencies by mobilizing and deploying Security Personnel effectively. Respond quickly and decisively to alarms, incidents, and any unusual activity.
  • System Maintenance and Reporting : Ensure all safety and security systems are well-maintained. Identify and report any shortfalls or technical issues to the relevant teams promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in operating and monitoring security systems, ideally in a control room environment.
  • Familiarity with security systems such as CCTV, burglar alarms, panic buttons, CMS, access control, fire alarm panels, lift intercoms, and safes digital locks.
  • Strong ability to assess situations quickly, make decisions, and take appropriate action during emergencies.
  • Ability to monitor systems effectively, identify irregularities, and ensure operational efficiency through random audits.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with security personnel and report incidents.
  • Ability to respond swiftly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies while remaining calm under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, especially during high-pressure situations.
  • Comfortable using control room software and handling complex security systems.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
  • A diploma or equivalent in a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and react quickly during emergency situations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
