E-Commerce Assistant
To be responsible for order fulfillment, invoicing, and managing product listings and customer interactions on our platform. Additionally, the role includes hosting livestreams to engage with the audience and promote products.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist with the day-to-day operations of e-Commerce
· Livestream Host On-air hosting to engage audiences and drive conversions
· Admin: Process and manage customer orders from placement to fulfilment from every platform
· Issue invoicing after done the fulfilment
· Upload and maintain accurate product listing
Skills and Requirements:
· Candidate must possess Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in business administrative, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
· Experience in e-commerce or administrative roles is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
· Willingness to learn and adapt to new e-commerce tools, platforms, and technologies
Flexibility in responding to market changes and business needs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
