Job Summary:
The account clerk is responsible for performing general accounting duties, maintaining financial records and processing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Transaction Processing
- Assist with the preparation of bank reconciliations.

2. Invoicing and Payments
- Issue and track customer invoices

3. Record Maintenance
- Organize and file financial documents such as receipts, invoices and purchase orders

4. Data entry and administration
- Input and update financial data into accounting software or spreadsheets
