Job Descriptions:
This role responsible for performing general duties, maintaining financial records transaction with financial reporting.
Job Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Operation Executive (Logistics & Supply Chain) or in a similar role (minimum 1 year)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to use MS Excel
- Can start ASAP
- Process supplier payments, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Handle and resolve discrepancies with customers or suppliers regarding billing or payment issues.
- Maintain the filing system for all financial records.
