  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • In-charge for the M&E installation, preventive maintenance for the facilities in the high-rise building;
  • To assist the Building Manager in supervising the day to day operation for the high-rise building in accordance with policies, procedures and standing orders issued by the Management;
  • To attend to residents’ complaints related to interfloor leaking and other technical issues;
  • To assist the Building Manager in the M&E matters, renew licenses, supervise service providers and contractors;
  • To supervisor Building Technician and lead the technical team

Requirements :-

  • Diploma/Certificate in Electrical/Civil/Mechanical;
  • 4-5 years working experience inProperty Management;
  • Good knowledge in building system, Electrical and civil jobs;
  • Good communication skills and able to handle committee members;
  • Ability to supervisor and lead Building Technician;
  • Hard working and able to work under minimum supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
