  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

JUNIOR EXECUTIVE (FINANCE)

JOB PRINCIPLE

Support the financial operations of the company, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, and compliance, to ensure efficient financial management in the manufacturing sector.

JOB PURPOSE

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Process supplier invoices, payments, and staff expense claims in a timely manner.
  • Monitor customer invoices, collections, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for manufacturing operations.
  • Support cost control initiatives to optimize financial efficiency.
  • Assist in tax filings and liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain proper documentation for financial audits and government reporting.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, operations) to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Perform ad hoc financial tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting/Finance or any related field.
  • 0 - 2 years of work experience in Finance.
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
  • Knowledge in Manufacturing industry and financial analysis are preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and functions.
  • Well-verse in planning and costing.
  • Good communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.

  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
