Job Scope:
- Assist in the sales team, focusing mostly on managing schedules and the distribution of any sales documentation
- Prepares and then follow up on any sales quotation made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
- Efficiently respond to any online or telephone queries in calm and friendly manner.
- Produce reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve.
- Assists in any administrative tasks
Requirement:
- Good Computer skills (Ms Office)
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate who can speak & write in Mandarin an added advantage.
- Well-organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Candidate must possess at least STPM/Diploma
- Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
