Responsibilities:

  • Administration of all insurance programs in the Group.
  • Process claims.
  • To conduct investigations and on-site survey into claims.
  • Coordinate claims activities with external and internal parties.
  • Maintain records of all covered areas and prepare reports to business units and management on coverage and claims position.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder with 1 - 2 years of working experience.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
