Job Responsibilities:

  • To be responsible for managing the group’s insurance portfolio, including corporate policies risk assessments, claims and vendor relationships.
  • To ensure the optimal coverage, compliance with regulations and cost effectiveness in insurance operations across all entities within the group.
  • To provide expert advice, coordinates with stakeholders and support the development and execution of group-wide insurance strategies.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Insurance, Business Administration or any related fiel.
  • MII certificate are highly preferred.
  • Minimum 5 to 7 years in insurance industry with various exposure.
  • Proven experience in managing large scale Insurance Portfolio and Claims.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, risk management and claim process.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirement and compliance standard in group insurance.
