Job Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for managing the group’s insurance portfolio, including corporate policies risk assessments, claims and vendor relationships.
- To ensure the optimal coverage, compliance with regulations and cost effectiveness in insurance operations across all entities within the group.
- To provide expert advice, coordinates with stakeholders and support the development and execution of group-wide insurance strategies.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Insurance, Business Administration or any related fiel.
- MII certificate are highly preferred.
- Minimum 5 to 7 years in insurance industry with various exposure.
- Proven experience in managing large scale Insurance Portfolio and Claims.
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, risk management and claim process.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to details and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirement and compliance standard in group insurance.
