- This will be for inbound call centre for services and sales especially for Malaysia and Singapore market (no need sales experience but need to inform candidate some sales aspect will be part of the role eventually)
- Australia and Bermuda also handling inbound call but more into services and complaints
Technical Requirements:
- Proficient in speaking in English.
- Able to work on a rotational shift, weekend and public holidays if assigned to work on that day – Shift will be fix for every 3 months with 24hours rotation with 11 gazetted PH
- 5 working days per week with 2 consecutive rest day off – Rest day can be on weekend or weekdays
- Proficient in speaking in Mandarin and/or Cantonese
- Comfortable to speak and assists both, local and international customers coming from Singapore, Australia & Bermuda
- Online assessment: assess on grammar and pronunciation, role play and HSBC core value, personalities test according to core values
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
