JOB SCOPE

-Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.

-Maintain accurate financial records

-Prepare and review financial statements and reports.

-Handle any discrepancies or issues related to bank transactions.

-Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.

-Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.

-Daily tasks on accounts payable include preparing payment recording. Verification and flling of documents.

-Any other ad hoc assignment.

Skills and Qualifications:-

-Bachelor Degree / Diploma inrelated field /

SPM with experience or quivalent

-Fresh Graduate are welcome

-Have positive attitude, confident and willing to learn

-Able to work independently and adapt quickly to a results-oriented

environment

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Attention to Detail: Precision in managing financial data and documentation.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.

Time Management: Effective time management to balance administrative and accounting duties.

Requirements:

-Good in MS Excel, good knowledge of accounting software and willing to learn.

-Organization and multi-tasking skills.

-Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Salary : RM1,800-RM2,200
