  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As SAP Release Manager, you will have the following main responsibilities:


  • Manage end-to-end quarterly Release windows from gathering change requests both technical and functional, planning and communicating the milestones, managing system copies, managing regression test (together with Test Manager), ensuring quality, developing cut over runbook, managing cut-over and finally managing intensive-care activities after Go-Live.
  • Improve processes whenever possible.
  • Keeping updated with the latest technological aspects of Release and Deployment Management.
  • Current scope is SAP S/4HANA and SAP ByD while in the future, S/4HANA Public Cloud will be included in the scope
Our experienced SAP Release Manager will guide you to understand our existing Release framework and process. We will also support you in collaborating with existing stakeholders from both internal and external.

We will provide technical and hands-on training for you to get familiar with HILTI landscapes, integration and dependencies, release and transport strategies.

Your contribution will ensure the reliability of our IT systems and deliver tangible values with innovations to Hilti Business now and in the future. WHAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Development, Computer Science or related technical discipline with a Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.0.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in SAP environment
  • Proficient with any common programming languages and debugging skills. Knowledge in SAP ABAP language is a plus.
  • A good understanding of the fundamental of SAP Release Management
  • Practical experience with SAP STMS and objects in SAP environment
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word.
  • Practical experience in Agile Software Development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-balanced, adaptive communication style; ability to explain complex topics in simple terms.
  • Fluent in English (verbally and written).
