  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies for all phases of construction.
  • Inspect construction work, materials, and subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits of construction activities to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of inspections, quality control procedures, and test results.
  • Coordinate with regulatory agencies and third-party inspectors to ensure compliance with local building regulations.
  • Oversee material testing, including concrete, soil, and other construction materials.
  • Supervise the inspection and testing of workmanship and construction processes.
  • Assist in managing the risk of non-conformance and help mitigate project delays due to quality issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in quality assurance and quality control within the construction & engineering industry.
  • Experienced in handling and managing construction project.
  • Experience with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001, or similar standards.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management software.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and address quality issues efficiently.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin communication in order to have smooth conversation with colleagues and clients.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
