How do i turn this on?

  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  5. In the JavaScript window, toggle the slider to "on" or "allowed."
  6. Close the Settings tab.
  7. Refresh the page.

1. Manning the service desk and performing the services to all CSI customers by being the first point of contact with customers; responsible for providing initial support via telephone, email or other means of contact, and to provide status updates on incidents or requests.

2. Provide initial response to user request by email or on other approved communication.

3. Creation of ticket to log the request.

4. Initial response to incident reported by user.

5. Basic assessment of the request or incident.

6. Categorize priority and category of the request or incident.

7. Provide support to users within agreed SLA by:

a. Perform tasks requested by user.

b. Perform troubleshoot over the phone, email or approved media.

c. Perform remote troubleshoot using remote desktop access tool.

d. Escalate to level 2 or onsite engineer to troubleshoot or resolution if the remote troubleshoot not successful.

e. Escalate to appropriate department or authorized personnel required to resolve the user request or incident.

8. Track outstanding calls & work orders.

9. Contact users informing them of request progress and escalations.

10. Next level escalation to resolve issues if not possible within the time frame defined in the SLO.

11. Manage user accounts using applications running on Windows/Linux to create/reset ID/password, migrate accounts, web page, DNS.

12. Product support:

a. Microsoft user windows 10 & 11.

b. Microsoft server windows 2018 and latest.

c. Linux operating system.

d. Microsoft Office 365 (Office applications, Email exchange, SharePoint, Azure AD, etc)

13. Work hours: Monday to Friday (exclude Public Holiday) 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm.

14. Assist in any other ad-hoc task assigned by your superior or management.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,100.00 per month

Schedule:
