  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Service Advisors/Customer Service will provide customer service support to Client Customers’ requests for information related to items including, but not limited to, post order support, delivery information, payment information, product pre-orders, product pre-screening calls (where applicable), and general Customer inquiries.

Permanent Role: 5 days per week rotational from Mon - Sun
Working Hour: 9:00 am - 9:30pm (5 working days / rotational shift)
Working Location: George Town
2 weeks training is not allowed to take leave.

Job Requirement:

~ SPM holders and above are welcome to apply
~ Able to work on rotational shift basis.
~ Able to view content that may be offensive/ deemed inappropriate.
~ Fluency in written & spoken English, Mandarin & Cantonese.

Interview Process: Online Registration + Online Test > HR Phone Interview > HM FTF Interview

Remuneration Package:

  • Basic is up to RM3,500 + RM300 Fixed Language Allowance
  • RM300 Fixed Language Allowance
  • 13 month Bonus
