Job Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments.
  • Administer statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
  • Manage employee benefits, allowances, and bonuses.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
  • Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Prepare payroll reports and collaborate with the finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with HRDF and other statutory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
  • Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,800.00 per month
