Job Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll and ensure timely and accurate payments.
- Administer statutory deductions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
- Manage employee benefits, allowances, and bonuses.
- Maintain accurate payroll records and ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws.
- Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare payroll reports and collaborate with the finance team.
- Ensure compliance with HRDF and other statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in payroll processing and HR administration.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
