Account Assistant Manager

  • Support the Account Manager in negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
  • Compile, analyze, and report financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Prepare periodic financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Present financial data and reports to managers, investors, and other stakeholders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all company, accounting and financial regulations.
  • Perform internal audits and resolve discrepancies to ensure financial integrity.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts to support management decision-making.
  • Monitor account performance against budgets and provide insights for improvement.
  • Compute taxes and ensure timely submission of tax-related documents.
  • Collaborate with the Account Manager and other team members to achieve departmental goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least a degree in Accounting or a relevant field. LCCI, ACCA, CPA or CMA Certification will be an added advantage.
  • Candidates must have at least 2-3 years of experience in related field.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
