Hotel Operation Executive

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To oversee all the hotel entire operation including receptionist, housekeeping, human resources, facilities, security, public relations and etc.
  • Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
  • Handle and resolve management/operation problems in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times
  • To maintain hotel standards towards guest satisfaction, providing high standard services, quality assurance and asset enhancement
  • Marketing and promotion of hotel rooms
  • Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services, Sales Corporate or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Responsible and hardworking with ability to multitask, effective team player and dedicated with high sense of integrity
  • Demonstrated ability to manage people.
  • Mature and able to work independently
  • Computer literate
  • Proven ability to handle stress and crisis.
  • Willing to work and travel in Klang Valley.
