Hotel Operation Executive
JOB DESCRIPTION
- To oversee all the hotel entire operation including receptionist, housekeeping, human resources, facilities, security, public relations and etc.
- Monitor employee performance and conduct regular evaluations to help improve customer service.
- Handle and resolve management/operation problems in a professional manner, ensuring prompt actions at all times
- To maintain hotel standards towards guest satisfaction, providing high standard services, quality assurance and asset enhancement
- Marketing and promotion of hotel rooms
- Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the Management.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably specializing in Hotel Management/Tourism Services, Sales Corporate or equivalent.
- Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
- Responsible and hardworking with ability to multitask, effective team player and dedicated with high sense of integrity
- Demonstrated ability to manage people.
- Mature and able to work independently
- Computer literate
- Proven ability to handle stress and crisis.
- Willing to work and travel in Klang Valley.
