Responsibilities / Duties:-

· To ensure that SOP is understood, followed and carried out diligently

· To maintain highest level of grooming by the hotel management

· To receive guest feedback and maintain good rapport with guest

· To maintain all mise-en-place are prepared in order, to ensure smooth service during operation hours.

· To check and ensure all equipment’s/ linens places are in working order, presentable and clean.

· To have attitude of helpfulness, friendliness and cheerfulness.

· To carry duties diligently.

· To adhere strictly to hotel rules and regulations.

· To carry out station allocation plan and liaise with captains ensuring guest reservations are prepared

· To maintain and ensure buffet line is clean at all times.

· To adhere strictly to standard of service set by the hotel management.

· Able to work long hours period (able to have flexible working hours)

· Know the F&B products and F&B menu, as well as service.

· To inform captain it any cancellation booking.

· To ensure all breakages are recorded and submit to captain.

· To ensure all F&B outlet operation are open according to the stipulated times.

· To ensure to read the hotel's employee handbook and have an understanding of and adhere to the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety.

· To undertake other duties and responsibilities which, while outside the normal routine, are within the overall scope of the position.

· To report for duty punctually wearing the correct uniform/attire and name badge. To maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene and adhere to the hotel and department personal appearance standards.

· To provide a friendly, courteous and professional service at all times.

· To comply with local legislation as required.

· To maintain good working relationships with colleagues and all other departments.

· To respond to any changes in the department as dictated by the needs of the industry, company or hotel.

· To be flexible and extend job duties to carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within the job capability as assigned, including redeployment to alternative departments/areas if required, to meet business demands and guest service needs.

· To attend training and meetings as and when required.

· To ensure all float money in order during change shift.

· To handle the POS system for cashiering

· Cashier card must keep properly, if missing staff will have to update a report to management
