  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Requirements:

  • Education: Possess at least a Diploma/Degree/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree in English/TESL or equivalent.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in adult education or related fields (Fresh graduates with relevant internships/volunteer experience are welcome to apply).

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia (required).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles and teaching best practices.

Personal Attributes:

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Organized with a strong sense of urgency toward deadlines.
  • Compassionate, positive attitude, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and presentation abilities.
  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating and tailoring lesson plans for adult learners.
  • Support the review and reinforcement of materials taught in class.
  • Facilitate group activities to enhance the learning experience.
  • Maintain a safe, organized, and inclusive virtual classroom environment.
  • Provide support to students by assisting with assignments, performance assessments, and adjustments.
  • Supervise student attendance and ensure adherence to organizational policies.
  • Create engaging educational content in various formats (e.g., videos, audios, PowerPoint slides).
  • Conduct one-on-one sessions to assess students’ abilities and address their needs.
  • Greet and assist clients and students during events, ensuring smooth operation throughout.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
