We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving sales for our corporate training solutions. This role requires a proactive professional with a deep understanding of corporate training needs and a passion for helping organizations enhance their workforce through learning and development programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential corporate clients across industries.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital outreach.
  • Present and pitch corporate training solutions to key decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, L&D professionals, and senior executives.
  • Understand clients' training requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Follow up on leads, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.

Sales Operations & Reporting:

  • Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and track progress in the CRM system.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate with the training and delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of programs.
  • Stay updated with competitors' offerings and market positioning.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in training, HR solutions, or B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of corporate training programs, employee development, and L&D trends.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to build and nurture long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales strategies.
