  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

As part of our growth, we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support business decisions.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial records are up-to-date.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation of tax filings and other regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with Malaysia government policy and regulation
  • Provide general administrative support to the finance department as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in finance or accounting
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the finance field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Internship or part-time experience in finance or accounting.
  • Basic understanding of financial principles and regulations.
  • Interest in the media, entertainment, or technology industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
