We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketer/Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's products and services. This role will also involve enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads or customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Oversee campaigns across multiple digital channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Design, and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on these insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and customer service to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Oversee the development of compelling content, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to leverage their expertise and resources for campaign execution.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Incorporate innovative approaches and tools into marketing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Experience with B2C social media, email campaigns, and SEO/SEM.
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools
  • Skills in creative content creation and management.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • A min Diploma in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
