Job description
- Provide mall information about products and services such as car park, retail location, shopping promotion etc.
- Attend to shoppers' queries, feedback and complaints.
- To manage incoming calls to ensure customer's queries and referral of services are answered promptly and professionally.
- Ensure all lost and found cases reported and properly handled, accurately documented, items secured and all procedures pertaining to lost and found are strictly adhered to.
- Provide gift wrapping services, ensure all items are wrapped nicely and presentable.
- To distribute all circulars to tenants with each tenants' acknowledgement.
- To assist team on redemption process.
Job requirements
- At least SPM or Diploma in any field.
- At least 1 year experience in the related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing to work at Kulai, Johor.
