Key Account Executive / Sales Specialist
JOB OVERVIEW: -
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Key Account Executive / Sales Specialist. This role will be responsible in managing and developing strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS: -
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients through regular meetings and communication.
- Present and demonstrate the company’s products to clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Identify new leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Provide clients with detailed, accurate product information during presentations and discussions.
- Build up product knowledge to confidently interest customers in the product or service introduced.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Report on market trends for new and existing products within the local market.
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and manage contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and the customer.
- Offer administrative support, including managing correspondence, scheduling client meetings, preparing presentations/proposals, updating sales materials, and generating monthly sales reports.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, conferences, and events to network and promote products.
- Negotiate business contracts and commercial terms with clients.
- Collaborate with the Product Support Team to ensure proper documentation and preparation of contracts, invoices, delivery orders (DO), purchase orders (PO), and quotations.
- Work consistently towards achieving sales targets and contributing to overall company growth.
JOB REQUIREMENTS: -
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor's in any related field. Candidates with a background in IT or Computer Science are encouraged to apply, as they will have an added advantage.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-2 year(s) experience in the gaming or technology industry will have an advantage and may be considered for a more senior role.
- A fundamental understanding of technology is essential. Candidate should also be able to handle documentation tasks, including preparing flowcharts, PowerPoint presentations, and other materials.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Mandarin or additional languages is an added advantage.
- Candidate should be enthusiasm and proactive in sharing product designs and engaging others in discussions about the product.
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: -
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
- Familiar with sales report, sales forecast and sales presentation using Microsoft Office.
WORKING LOCATION & WORKING HOUR: -
- The Ascent @ Paradigm Mall (Petaling Jaya) & Sunway Geo Avenue (Bandar Sunway)
- Monday - Friday (regular working hour)
