  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Junior Quantity Surveyor (Interior Design Industry)

  • Preparation of BQ, variation orders, cost estimate, cost control and budgeting.
  • Negotiation skill
  • Join tender meeting,site visit
  • General administration (Documentation & Filing)
  • Required Skill(s): presentation skills, communication skill
  • Attending client consultants meeting, project meeting and site valuation when necessary.
  • Liaise with the client and other construction professionals, such as site managers
  • Able to work independently.
  • Can go on site visits outside the area if necessary

Requirements:

  • Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the INTERIOR DESIGN is required for this position
  • Fluent in spoken & written English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Skills: Microsoft Excel & Microsoft office etc.
  • Full-Time position
