  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Objective:

Fresh graduates who is passionate, has strong desire to learn and wish to pursue career in ‘Customer Service’ are sought after to be trained as a professional ‘customer service support/care’. If you are interested working in ‘support’ environment providing guidance and teaching client on how to use our ‘apps’ then we are interested to meet you for a long-term employment engagement.

Responsibilities: -

  • To provide an excellent customer service support through ‘WhatsApp’, email and calls.
  • You will be providing indoor support services to our client.
  • Must ensure a professional and friendly approach is maintained at all times when communicating with client.
  • Co-operate and work closely with team lead and other internal team to have better understanding on our HRMS system.
  • To follow and maintain the service response time so that customer is satisfied with our service.
  • To update the tracking system on the status of client enquiries and this will be taught and guided by the team lead.
  • Must be willing to improve your knowledge on our HRMS system modules and applications.
  • Pro-active and actively provide the client feedback to the team lead especially on HRMS system improvement.

Requirements: -

  • Experience not necessary as in-house training will be provided.
  • Fresh graduate is strongly urged to apply while experienced candidates are also welcomed.
  • Good English and Bahasa Malaysia communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and have a strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality.
  • Willing to travel if required.
  • Basic PC literate.
