  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

ISCISTECH is looking for an experienced recruitment Specialist (recruiter), who will establish recruiting requirements by collaborating with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. You should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals.

  • Manage high volume of open vacancies from end-to end in a fast paced environment.
  • Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial sourcing, screening, assessments, and interviews
  • Screening & shortlisting candidates, and providing professional and timely feedback to candidates.
  • Liaise with clients to understand role requirements in order to source the most suitable candidates.
  • Write and post technical job descriptions on specialist IT job boards, social media and any other relevant channels.
  • Interview candidates combining various methods. (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
  • Build a candidate CRM to ensure a solid pipeline of qualified candidates - ensuring candidate data is kept updated.

Requirements

  • MINIMUM 1 years of Recruitment experience
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, hands on and a positive attitude are essential
  • Able to adapt to fast-paced work environment including learning new processes and system
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
