This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist with user account management, including setup, password resets, and permissions.
- Monitor system performance and escalate complex technical issues to the IT Manager.
- Support the company’s travel management systems, booking platforms, and other industry-specific applications.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper documentation of hardware and software.
- Assist with software updates, patches, and system security enhancements.
- Provide basic training and guidance to other employees on IT policies and best practices.
- Collaborate with external vendors for IT support when necessary.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT support or a helpdesk role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
- Knowledge of Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting travel management systems and booking platforms is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional after-hours support.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
