Job Descriptions:

  • Administering and managing human resources plans for departments.
  • Work closely with different department leaders to provide HR advice on various aspects, i.e., manpower planning, employee retention and employee relations.
  • Manage the whole employee life cycle, from recruitment, on-boarding, engagement, development to off-boarding.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support company business growth.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations.
  • Spearheading personnel policies and procedures.
  • Investigate employee issues and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Determining best methods to drive employee engagement, team building and morale building.
  • Create compensation and benefits strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll duties including statutory contributions.
  • Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Planning and organizing the activities and actions of the HR department.
  • Attending workshops, training sessions and conferences to network with others and stay on top of field advancements.
  • Perform any other tasks, duties, assignments, or projects as deemed necessary by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in human resource management, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong knowledge of the Employment Act, regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing HR solutions that drive organisational performance and employee engagement
  • Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR technology to support decision-making
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters professional

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
