  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  1. Open Chrome on your computer.
  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  7. Refresh the page.

  • Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and

repair circuit breaker panels, etc.).

  • Check on the main incoming water supply and water pumps.
  • Perform maintenance repairs and services
  • To do daily technical inspection rounds and checks on the proper functioning of

installations

  • Maintain plumbing systems to ensure functionality.
  • Highlight any other matters that need future upgrading work.
  • Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
  • Plan and schedule repairs daily.
  • Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to

standard.

  • Perform general maintenance tasks, including painting and carpentry.
  • Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
  • Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
  • Perform general landscaping maintenance, repairs, and routine building inspection to

identify problems.

  • Monitoring pest control
  • Replace broken fixtures and hardware.
  • Assist with painting, repairing, and plastering walls if needed.
  • Maintain clean and safe workplace
  • Order supplies and material needed for repair and maintenance.
  • To check and maintain all air conditioning and top up gas if needed.
  • Performing other related duties as assigned
