  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

  • Create job orders and coordinate with Sales Team & Customers with regard to Customer's order.
  • Responsible for documentation related to export shipments (includes liasing with local/overseas customers/agents/shipping lines/freight forwarders etc)
  • Work with operation & warehouse departments for internal and depots, shipping lines/forwarders for external with regard to flexitank fitting schedule/plan.
  • Attend to customers/agents requests and queries and work closedly with operations/technical/sales teams to resolved issues/complaints.
  • Ensure compliance to ISO 14001 & FSSC procedures.
  • Prepare respective reports for group discussions, analyses and meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Shipping, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage.
  • Strong team player with a proactive attitude.
  • Customer service-oriented and highly detail-focused.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage, as the role requires liaising with clients from China.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,700.00 per month
