Graduate Technical Program (GTP - Maintenance)
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- In-charge and hand-on in equipment maintenance in the production line.
- Responsible to lead a group of technicians to sustain the production and maintenance activities.
- Responsible for making timely and accurate decisions in maintaining, trouble-shooting and sustaining tasks.
- Capable to prioritize multiple activities and make effective decisions in a high stress manufacturing workplace, using sound problem solving, advanced process control & statistical process control methods.
- Interact and communicate effectively with manufacturing, equipment suppliers, and process engineering in a support role.
- Review and optimize functionality, preventive maintenance, quality, uptime and cost of existing machines.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Electronics & Electrical, Physics, Mechanical & Mechatronics, Aerospace Engineering Degree.
- Experience in semiconductor industry as an equipment engineer.
- Strong knowledge in electronics/electrical diagram understanding and mechanical alignment experience.
- Ability to identify, resolves problems independently.
- Able to communicate effective with all level of people.
- Good knowledge in APC, SPC, Excel, Microsoft word and Power Point.
- CGPA must be at least 3.0 and above Contract for One(1) year
