  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Description
In your new role you will:
  • Independent basic Electrical Failure Analysis (EFA) operation.
  • Kerf EFA (eg: PCM / Fwlr failure).
  • Fault localization of parametric failure (prominent leakages, short /open).
  • Perform up to medium level of Discrete and IC FA including electrical verification and fault isolation on package and wafer samples.
  • Perform sample preparation and microscopy inspection for clear visualization of package and wafer level defects.
    • Prepare FA reports that can lead to root cause finding and corrective action to cross-functional team.


Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Degree / Master in Electrical and Electronic Engineering
  • Well understanding of semiconductor technology, devices, layout and electronic circuit.
    • Excellence behavior, fast learner
