  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support automation and workflow initiatives, focusing on process design and automation using tools like Kube 365, Microsoft Forms, OrangeFin, and Power Automate.
  • Assist users in developing dashboards and reports using Microsoft PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with the Data Operations team to analyze and visualize data across the enterprise, identifying ways to leverage it for business insights.
  • Design and optimize workflows and e-forms, assessing current tools and proposing new solutions as needed.
  • Perform business requirements analysis, focusing on automating and optimizing business processes.
  • Develop and maintain RPA jobs and BPM processes, ensuring their efficiency and functionality.
  • Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into specifications for automation and process improvements.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for advanced reporting and dashboard development.
  • Research and evaluate emerging tools and technologies to enhance workflow automation and RPA capabilities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving business processes and driving data-driven solutions through automation and analytics.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Workflow & RPA-related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of total work experience.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience as a data analyst or in RPA-related roles.
  • Proficiency with MS 365, MS SharePoint.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., Power Automate, UIPath, OrangeFin), workflow tools (e.g., Kube365, Managed Engine), and Data Analytics Dashboards (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau).
  • Advanced knowledge of PowerBI (PowerBI Service, data refresh configuration, workspace management, Row-Level Security).
  • Familiarity with Kube365 BPA is a plus.
  • Knowledge of databases (e.g., SQL, Postgres) is advantageous.
  • Scripting/programming experience with DA/DS languages (e.g., Python, R) for advanced dashboarding is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
