Responsibilities:
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Pathology for undergraduate medical and health sciences programs.
- Develop and update curriculum content to ensure alignment with the latest advancements in Pathology and medical education.
- Supervise student research projects and mentor students in their academic development.
- Participate in research activities, securing grants, and publishing in indexed journals.
- Engage in academic administration, including assessment design, student evaluation, and faculty committee involvement.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to enhance the quality of teaching and research.
- Contribute to the university’s professional development and community engagement initiatives.
Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent medical degree recognized by the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC).
- Postgraduate qualification in Pathology (Master’s or PhD preferred).
- Registration with the MMC and a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) is an added advantage.
- Experience in teaching at the undergraduate or postgraduate level.
- A strong track record of research and publication in indexed journals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to contribute to curriculum development and academic leadership.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 36 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
