Responsibilities (Account Management Team):
- Handle multiple database processing & system administrations.
- Coordinating with IT department in resolving issues in systems.
- New client account and benefits setup.
- Ensure all membership(s), endorsement & benefits movement are timely and accurately maintained in our core member system within agreed Turn-around time (TAT).
- Timely acknowledgement to our client(s) email on membership(s), endorsement & benefits movement.
- Generating reporting for internal & external stakeholders.
- Handle phone/email queries from clients and able to provide clear and effective solutions.
- Support administrative works such as filling, copying, distributing, scanning, collates general information etc.
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in computer science/IT or related certifications
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- Passion for service and strong team player
- Able to work independently under minimal supervision
- Converse fluently in English
- Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Words/ MS Excel)
- Diligent, able to multi-task and a strong sense of accountability
- Comfortable to handle big data set in excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
