Food & Beverages Coordinator
To provide administrative support to the F&B department, supporting the F&B Manager and Executive Chef to ensure that documentation, menus, orders, all communications are handled efficiently on behalf of the F&B Department, He/he drafts all correspondence, schedules appointments, organizes and maintains paper and electronic files to F&B Department and as well provides information towards all F&B TM. F&B Coordinator is fully accountable with all Task related with the Department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
STANDARD PERFORMANCE/ RESPONSIBILITY
Assumes the administrative responsibilities of the Food & Beverage Office on behalf of the Food & Beverage Manager and Executive Chef
Maintains professional business confidentiality.
Assists in recording, documentation, filing of HACCP / JAKIM (Halal ) related documents, have a working knowledge of government legislation for F&B / Kitchen Department. To conduct monthly survey of competitive products, packages, rates or any other information related to the Food & Beverage Department.
