Responsibilities:
Strategic Brand Planning:
  • Develop winning brand strategy and executional excellence with specific focus on ethical channel & pharmacy channel from brand objectives setting to driving consumer/patient demand and delivering market share targets and profitability.
  • Develop clear, well-communicated vision and marketing strategies that can be translated to effective marketing and sales plan
  • Establish product strategy, positioning and pricing strategy for all new products & for existing product portfolio, in line with global guidance
  • Build robust pipeline of new innovation products with launch excellence across channels and customers and also manage product lifecycle and SKU rationalization.
  • Provide marketing support to the sales team with regards to the product & disease relevant training, CMEs and HCP KOLs management
  • Enhance customer/consumer connections with digital marketing strategy and campaigns.
Planning & Execution:
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns within key regulatory guidelines and to deliver brand objectives.
  • Organize & manage marketing activations with agencies, relevant HCP societies, media and internal & external customers.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally (sales, finance, regulatory medical affairs, quality, supply chain & regional office) and lead the development of promotional activities in line with internal SOPs and Code of Conduct guidelines.
  • Undertake regular market analysis (IQVIA / NIELSEN) on brand & promotion performance & tracking & provide recommendations to achieve brand growth
  • Analyze sales performance trends and impact of competitive strategies, track ROI of major brand activation for future optimization.
  • Develops product detailing strategy, including promotional material
  • Manage the brand variable marketing budget efficiently
  • Keep up to date with market trends, product developments and competitive landscape and curate insights to fuel future marketing plans.
Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business and/or Science degree
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in brand management and ethical/medical marketing & KOL development in pharmaceutical company
  • Experience in prescription brands ethical marketing is required.
  • Experience in prescription medicine/OTC brands ethical marketing will be an added advantage
