Logistic Assistant
1. Monitor the work activities that is carried out by the outsource service provider are in accordance to the work procedure.
2. Ensure timely and quality product delivery to customer by meeting the delivery schedule and conditions.
3. Verify accuracy of shipping documents, such as bills of lading and shipping manifests, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
4. Assist in managing inventory levels and conducting regular audits to ensure accuracy.
5. Receive incoming shipments, and accurately record received goods in the inventory management system.
6. Monitor the status of shipments and provide regular updates to the logistics team, ensuring that any issues or delays are addressed promptly.
7. Ensure smooth functioning of work by maintaining close working relationship and provide feedback to other related department.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
