Job Descriptions:
Administrative Roles
- Provide general administration support to the Company Director.
- Assist in renewing license application.
- Re-organising filing and documentation
- Ensure office maintenance such as photocopy machine, coffee machine, etc.
- Maintain record of company asset.
- Others ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/Secretarial or other related studies.
- Good communication skills including written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Skills in using PC (Microsoft Office), emails and internet is mandatory
- Candidate must possess at least
- Possess strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, ability to multi-tasking, proactive and independent.
- Mature and patience in handling various situations
