Job Descriptions:

Administrative Roles

  • Provide general administration support to the Company Director.
  • Assist in renewing license application.
  • Re-organising filing and documentation
  • Ensure office maintenance such as photocopy machine, coffee machine, etc.
  • Maintain record of company asset.
  • Others ad-hoc duties.

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resource/Secretarial or other related studies.
  • Good communication skills including written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Skills in using PC (Microsoft Office), emails and internet is mandatory
  • Candidate must possess at least
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, ability to multi-tasking, proactive and independent.
  • Mature and patience in handling various situations

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
